Healthcare services available

Below you will find information about the healthcare services available at participating community pharmacies.

Your eligibility to access these healthcare services is determined by:

  • the nature of your presenting condition
  • any pre-existing health conditions
  • your age
  • your pregnancy status.

If your condition falls outside the pilot scope, the pharmacist may refer you to other healthcare providers such as a GP or the emergency department.

Pilot services are available in-person at participating pharmacies and cannot be offered via telehealth. Costs apply for this service.

Before starting the consultation, the pharmacist will advise you of the costs and ask for your informed clinical consent.
